Hey there!

My name is Jir0. I’m the founder, director, and lead artist here at TimberW0lf Studios. I’ve been in the visual arts industry for nearly a decade now, illustrating everything from comic books to novel covers to promotional material, and I’ve met some incredible people while doing so.

I grew up on superhero movies and Marvel Comics, scribbling pictures of Batman and Superman, anticipating the next great sci-fi/fantasy novel. After years of being a consumer, however, I noticed the genres and properties I loved so much growing stale. Their creativity dried out and I couldn’t help but feel like the old generation of storytellers was dying out as the new one grew lazy.

Apparently I wasn’t the only one who thought so.

So in 2015 I made a decision that would change my life. I founded TimberW0lf Studios. Exhausted with the constant turnout of stories straight from an industrial mold, I instead wrote the kind of stories I wanted to read. Stories that were messy, serious, intelligent, and hopeful. With a growing collection of overused tropes, clichés, and virtue signaling creeping their way into modern media, I strived to stand out from the crowd.

In 2016 I began working with other artists and entrepreneurs through commissions and contracted projects, aiding them in their own journeys to revolutionize the world. In 2021 we allied with esteemed Blizzard Entertainment partner BTNeandertha1 to help with multimedia marketing. We’ve also had the privilege of working with the likes of Enjoy the Ride motor-vehicle instructors and Liberty University’s Tactical Marksmanship Program. Promotional material and marketing became a mainstay offer here at TimberW0lf along with custom artwork.

The insight of supporters and inspiration from other storytellers helped us build our own intellectual property. What emerged from countless hours of research and refinement became the Timberverse, the first ever fictional universe of original interconnected stories built around the Contemporary Mythic Sci-Fi genre.

We hope one day to publish more stories and share more artwork globally with an audience hungry for the lost art of storytelling. Until then, we remain committed to helping our clients and property reach the heights they seek while continuing to write, illustrate, and grow as TimberW0lf Studios.
