Background

This mysterious antihero appeared soon after the Xero Squadron made critical changes to their roster and policy. An antihero dubbed “Black-Bow” first showed up in Dover, cleaning the streets at night, but he soon made his way around and even out of state. It wasn’t long before he unofficially joined A.R.C.H.E.R.S., becoming something of a mentee to Archer himself. He called himself Blind. Blind was a part of Archer’s Army, and after the makeshift team was disbanded he went out on his own again, targeting the Blue Market. He doesn’t speak much, but his work is precise and strangely admirable, even when he takes more unorthodox routes to fight crime. Archer has commented on Blind’s impressive tactics, and admits that he has even better aim than himself.
