Background
Felicia Controve is the daughter of two Cowl graduates. Both of her parents stayed within the City of Cowl even after graduation and served as teachers to new students. Her father was an American, and her Mother European. Because of the mixed parentage Felicia was not sorted into any one house, instead she was personally trained by her parents and the warrior Golden Eagle. Her robes reflect her heritage as she wears both the red of the American house and the gold of the European house.
She was also allowed to begin training at the age of seven instead of having to wait till she was ten. Felicia excelled at agility training and gymnastics. When it came time for her to choose a weapon she selected the chakrams, throwing discs she would become famous for.
Felicia spent most of her ten years of training perfecting the technique of throwing her chakrams. She threw herself heart and soul into training, sometimes going for days on end without even eating.
Felicia didn’t make many friends while at C.O.W.L.; she didn’t have time for it, she thought. But she did have a brief romance with Samuel Core. The two eventually ended the relationship, but continued on as friends for a time.
Felicia faced the Blitz and passed it rather easily, earning herself freedom from the city. She promised to return to the city and her parents after she was satisfied with her time in the outside world. And then she left.
She traveled throughout most of Europe and some of Asia, usually offering her talents as a mercenary. After a few years she went to America to exercise her skills. She found Samuel, now calling himself Blitz, and temporarily joined his crusade against crime. It wasn’t long before she left, pursuing her own ambitions.
Felicia adopted the name Chakramer. Moving around the world she was at times a mercenary, other times an assassin, but more often a friend. Her caliber as a warrior is unquestioned, but most forget that first and foremost she is a human, and a great one at that.
