Weaponizer

Living a life of crime and having intelligence enough to outsmart the police on a daily basis may be one way of living, as it is for the Weaponizer. Stealing thousands of dollars and committing crimes as he does is illegal. But can you blame him for having fun and doing it in style?

Background

Richard Sycle was devastated when his beloved father died when his commercial flight crashed. Keeping to himself, Richard became introverted, and spent more time with his technology than his friends. Richard always understood technology better than people.

As a teenager Richard became skilled in the dark side of tech. He began hacking, stealing money digitally from banks. He learned about bomb and malware construction. Coding became a second language. He 3D printed guns, and worse.

Richard opened a tech depot, which doubled as a store and pawn shop, and planned on ripping off customers. However, when his first customer and client was Black Death, Richard decided to be a little more honest. Richard worked closely with Black Death, building and upgrading tech and weapons for him, and began to admire the villain.

Richard built a suit and costume for himself and became the evil Weaponizer. No longer hiding behind screens and monitors Weaponizer openly committed crimes and dealt in the black market, making a name for himself as villain. However, on multiple occasions Weaponizer has been viewed as an anti-hero.

When heroes became more common and powerful dealing in the black market became risky. The chances of being caught were steadily rising. So, in 2008 villains Copy Cat, Captain Cranium, Captain EVOlution, and Black Death formed the Blue Market. The Blue Market was much more secure, secret, and only a handful of people knew about it and could access it. It wasn’t long before Weaponizer with his technological know-how became a Blue Marketer, making the market all the more deadly.

Now, as a member of the Blue Market, Weaponizer is even more powerful and dangerous. Though he usually runs solo, it’s not unusual for Weaponizer to team up with other villains to achieve a goal. Tactical, intelligent, and skilled, Weaponizer is a name worthy of fear.
